Picked up the following, should I be good to go on most rails out there?  My main concern is the rail over the gas block and flash can fitting under it.  Prefer a 12-13in handguard with full rail up top.
-MAS Defense 10.5" 5.56 / .223 1x7 M4 CHROME MOLY BARREL
-Seekins Precision Adjustable Gas Block
-Kak Industry 1/2x28 .223/5.56 Slimeline Flash Can

I havent used or looked at the Seekins gas block you have, so i can't comment on that, but the KAK Slim Line Can has a 1.200 diameter. It will fit under most rails, I am working on a 10.5" build and picked up the KAK Slim Line. I will be using a MI SS12G2 for my rail.

With the OD of the Slim Can, you may have a problem with the slimmer hand guards heating up but most will fit over the gas block you have...

Use these 2 combinations as a reference.

Middle wep.
KAK slim line (1.20) - Fortis Rail 9" ( Fortis Inner Diameter spec: 1.340: ) BCM gas block (.6250 shoulder) 7.5 barrel.

Bottom Wep:
Seekins adjustable block (.750 shoulder) under a Seekins SAR rail with a KX3. ( SAR rail ID 1.50" and the BAR is 1.79", KX3 OD is 1.35")

Both fit fine during sliding the rail over the gas block and the flash can after they were installed.

Unless your going suppressed, I don't think you need an adjustable block. But its a nice feature either way. Good luck.

Yeah, this is the pre-cursor to a can/sbr down the road.  Thanks for the pic, it help a lot.
The Seekins Adjustable Gas Block just uses a set screw for the adjustments, correct?  How easy is it to adjust through the SAR handguard?

Yes correct. Set screw adjustment.
I'll double check but from what I remember it seemed pretty pointless for its location. Picture Link. Not much room.

There is another gas block company that has the set screw adjustment on the muzzle side of the GB. Seemed like a better location. (Whats the company?)
To me.. if you go suppressed you most likely want a BAR rail since its designed for suppressor diameters. If you plan to cover the can.

Either way.. during that time.. you will probably need to remove the rail to take the KAK off and you can do your adjustments then.

Some good SBR CAN pictures here
