Are there any flash suppressors that also help fight muzzle rise? Do YHM 5C1's compensate at all?

Not really.
There are two different design parameters.
Flash hiders will have open fronts and slots designed to draw air INTO the gas and arrest the flame.
Brakes are designed with closed fronts and open sides, vectoring all the gasses off of a large flat plane within the ports that helps pull the rifle forward, offsetting the recoil impulse.
Brakes usually don't have a directional bias.
In other words, the left to right or top to bottom forces will be neutral.
Comps are designed with a closed front as well and are very similar to brakes.
Comps will have a top to bottom bias in that more gas will be vented out the top.
This is to reduce muzzle rise.

Many comps are also brakes, but no true brake is a comp.

The YHM phantoms (all versions) are flash hiders first and foremost.
The whole "closed bottom port" does little for dust signature and about nothing as a comp.
Treat them as a flash hider.
If you want a comp or brake, get one with big ports on the side and a closed front.
