[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Flash hider

I'd like to know if this 5.5" flash hider overlaps/covers any of the barrel? I am hoping to use this or a similarly styled flash hider on a 10/22 build, however do to the diameter of the 10/22 barrel it needs to cover only the threaded end and no more.

I don't believe so, although it would be beneficial to call Del-Ton and ask, just to make sure.

If I'm correct, that one will add about 5" to the overall barrel length, as it does cover the threaded area, the last 1/2" of your barrel.

Thanks for the response. I just gave Delton a call and you were right, the threaded section is the only area of the barrel covered by the flash suppressor. Guess I should have called from the start
