Does this flash hider need to be timed?  I know the 5C1 and 5C2 need to be, but it doesn't state that this model does. Yankee hill instructions just say to tighten 15-25 lbs.  Thanks guys.

It may not need to be timed, but I would have the wrench flats either vertical or horizontal.

No timing needed on these. But, like the gentlemen above, I personally would want the wrench flats either vertical or horizontal, otherwise it would bug the hell out of me.

For a muzzle device, either rocksett if the manf. suggests it, or the grease you stated.

The grease will help you get a more even application of torque, and make it easier to remove in the future.

If no suppressor I typically use the mil-spec barrel assembly grease.
I have not heard of any reason not use anti-seize for that application.
