[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Flash suppressor

Need a flash suppressor that is also a comp. it can't look like a comp though! Dept did away with comps due to noise and rear/side ways concussion towards other shooters.

So is there a bird cage flash hider that can be converted to a comp? I'm thinking a screw in sleeve to close up some of the openings and redirect gases. Anyone??

Vltor makes one - VC-1. They call it a comp but it supresses flash also.....not sure how good it does either, maybe someone can chime in about it?

i've heard good things about the battlecomp. i am just too cheap to try one myself. i am thinking about trying a AAC blackout or Wilson Combat Accu-tac
