[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Flip Up Scope Covers

I'm looking for a good set of flip up scope covers. I like the concept behind Butler Creek's Blizzard caps, but they are really just poor quality - they pop open all the time and the plastic lenses get scratched up so easily.

Anybody know of some other options?

If the caps are popping off all the time then you got one size too big. I had the same issue with a scope until I went one size down. The plastic has enough give to fit.

I put a line of electrical tape around the inside of the caps to snug it up just right. Works great now

Friction tape > Electrical tape, but either will work.
