If you have a gen 2 Toro There are options to get it to run with a suppressor. They run pretty well with a 9mm suppressor without and mods. If you want to run a 22 suppressor you can loosen the screws 3/4 of a turn out and for some reason it will then run. I added locate to the screws but they will probably still come loose after a while, so keep an eye on them. It gives the filler or whatever you want to call it, motion back and forth. It sounds stupid but it really works.    |

 It’s such a pita to load as it goes so fast  ETA: and look at that dinosaur hanging off the front Made of solid stainless steel. Dumped an m16 mag through it and it keeps on ticking. It’s only ten rds so it goes fast. Mag doesn’t lock back though but you can see it fires all rounds.  June 16, 2026 |

I added weight to mine and changed springs but none of those worked for me. I used a 3 lug adapter on the pistol and put 2 different 9mm cans on and it ran great with both. The only thing that would make it run with the 22 can is what I posted above. |

Depends on the silencer. I saw one work, with no modifications, using an Off Grid Scorpius. I bought a Scorpius and an frt. Within the last week I installed the frt and I shot some mags through it, with and without the Scorpius. I didn't have any light primer strikes, and no issue with used Taurus mags but I did have some feeding issues with a promag 34 round mag that I just bought and loaded at the range, at the moment I am saying it was a mag issue. |

I bought my TX22 before FRT’s were a thing and was using it as a suppressor host…. Problem is, I got a compact. Looking very much like I am going to have to get a fullsize for FRT use and get my Compact back as a host. There just aren’t nearly as many options for aftermarket parts to help them go BRRT or put them in a chassis. That, and the mags are just too small-I have to work at it to get 3 bursts in a 13 round mag. |

| The promag 32 or 34 round mags suckkkkkkkkkk! I wasted money on 2 of them and they cant keep up with the gun. 22 mags are phiniky anyways, but I knew I was taking a chance on promag mags. Disappointed. Just buy Taurus factory 22 round mags if you want it to run right |
