| From what I've read the consensus was that they are Colt 9mm uppers that Fulton machined into 604 clone uppers. There was some talk of them having been over runs from a Colt order or something like that, and not having been finish machined by Colt. I can't remember exactly. |

I have an upper marked I believe the same as yours. Mine has the Burton bump on it. It is called a Splintered A made for Olympic Arms. I'm not sure if it was made by Colt or who made them. Nice upper.
