[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Form 1 After 41F

Hopefully this is I the correct forum. Has anybody gotten approval on a Form 1 SBR that was submitted after 41F took effect? I submitted mine July 19th or somewhere around there.

The wait is up to 8 months right now, and climbing by the day.

It will likely be over a year for post 41F submissions.

it's only been 5 months, you're probably looking at another 5 more months.

best advice, don't count or think how many day/weeks/months go by. it will only make the wait that much longer. just go on with your life

Realistically, you're most likely looking at 10-12 months after 41P would be my guess. They are running 8 months right now, but once they hit they early July submission it will come to a crawl.

e-filed form 1's for a trust are running just over 6 months right now. Approvals are coming back from the very end of May.

I had filled one May 24th that I just got back this past Monday. So a tad over 6 months for me. Now If I could just get that form 4 from april before Christmas I will have a nice New Year.

you should be right there... those seem to be running about 230 days puts you right before or after Christmas. Good luck!! I am waiting on Form 4 from May 6th
