What are your thoughts on: #1) The ugliest but most functional(ergonmic, reliable, effective) firearm. #2) The sexiest but least functional firearm ever. This may apply to ARs if that is your opinion, so I do feel this thread belings in AR discussion |

Glocks? Sexy? It's generally recognized that while highly functional, Glock don't inspire much asthetically. |

I have a Hi-Point 9mm carbine. Ugliest gun I have and a real hoot to shoot. Front end looks like the snoot of a pig. Accurate and reliable. Hardest thing is getting 9mm ammo for it in NYS. Unless you know the shop owner, they all require a pistol permit to purchase it now. So now it is mainly my home defense weapon. And if that don't stop zombies, then for backup I can use my Mausers, Mosin-Nagants, Garand, '03 Springfield, SKS, musket, Swiss Vetterli or 597 Remington. . Oh yeah and my two Ar's also. After I run out of ammo, out come the bayonets. |
