I have read 2100, 2200, 2300 and it does the 2700-2500 type thing that M193/M855 does at 2300-2100.. that is it fragments less and less but still has SOME fragments and snaps in half at 2100.
The odd thing is you will hear a lot tossed around and see lots of high velocity gel pics but yo uwill NOT see gel tests ANYWHERE of what 75 grain TAP does at 2400, 2300, 2200, or 2100 fps. Personally, I use 2200 fps as what I believe because... well just because.
