Who makes a free float handguard with an inside diameter of 2" or larger? I prefer with quad rail and in mid-length but those aren't mandatory. I'm trying to fit a certain gas block (3 position) under the handguard.

Thats going to be alot to wrap your hand around. The biggest I could find is 1.75". If its going to be under the handguard, why not get a lo-pro gas block and a normal sized rail?

The gas block I am going to use is fairly specialized.  tp555 over on Quarterbore makes it.  It is a 3 position (high/low/off) so I can shoot 300 Whisper subsonic, supersonic, and without gas.  My barrel is a Noveske with a .875" diameter at the gas port and the 3 position gas block that fits that barrel requires a 2" inside diameter handguard.

If there was a 3 position gas block that was that low profile I would use it, but I have found no such animal.  The gas block I use has to go under the handguard because the port is in the pistol position for reliable cycling of heavy subsonics.
