Anyone else having this issue? This happened to 3 of the 30 in my Pmag. I got lucky, I charged my AR, I unloaded picked it up and tried saw this. I went through the rest of the mag and had 2 more do this.

looks like soft point ammo, check your feed ramps/aligment

dont get the dremel either

Yes soft points, feed ramps are correct.

well then it shouldn't be doing that.

the only other cause is poor neck tension/no crimp. I would check that.

Eh, I have been leery of Freedom Munitions for a while, but I think I have finally decided to never give them a second thought now. I will do my own reloads if necessary.

I have never had a problem with them. Already on my 3rd order, and used their Brass for Credit program.

The only problem i had with them was they shorted me 2 rounds out of 500.

That's nothing. I had 4 rounds missing.

When I got more ammo they threw in extra.

That brass credit program makes me nervous, I will only buy new ammo from them.

But the OP's issue makes me more nervous lol

Were they new or reman?

Reman, I talked to Freedom they're exchanging the ammo.

Yep, paying for shipping and sending an extra 100rds, theyve gone well beyond what I was expecting.
