Hey gents,

Have a friend that is new to the AR crowd. He looking for a new upper: 16 inch chrome-lined barrel, flat top, front sight base, with charging handle and bolt group.

Where to start looking ? ? I see that Armalite has some good deals list on their web-site : Labor Day Specials.

Just ordered a BCM upper with m16 bolt carrier and charging handle last night. $420 + price of handguards.
