Have any/many of you folks seen the Front Sight DVD or been to the Academy? I recently received a free DVD on his academy and his belief's on the 2nd amendment. I've included the link below. The DVD is free. It has a great message about the 2nd amendment, but he pushes membership in his club. I got coupons with the DVD for like $300 for a two day course, $500 for a 4 day course. I don't know anyone that has been there...hence the post asking for opinions.

| I have trained there and a lot of other places. My opinion is that Front Sight is a great place to learn to SHOOT, but a poor place to learn to FIGHT with a firearm. I saw that DVD about 30 months ago went they sent the demo out to their students, good production. They were casting their "reality show" at the same time, wonder what became of it? |

Not a bad school. One of the guys on my old SWAT team was an instructor there. One thing that drives me crazy about that school though was on the last demo reel I saw of it every other sentence was about the "Dr." Plazza.. He's a fricken CHIROPRACTOR!!!!!! Don't know why but it was always irritating to hear it... |
