I just built my first Delton AR and Im very pleased with the result, but when I looked down the sights i noticed the front is extremely crooked. How do you loosen it to adjust it? Its a traditional front sight.

Clarify whether you're referring to the front sight post or the front sight base (A-frame gas block/sight)?

Have you shot it yet to confirm that it's canted? Which direction? If it is indeed canted then that usually means that the barrel has been over torqued during assembly. An easy fix.

I havent shot it yet but i can definately see its crooked to the right. How do I go about straightening it up?

It's rare that they are canted to the right (as you look down the sights). Are you sure it's not that UTG rail that's making it appear that the FSB is canted? Take the rail off & check again.

Also, how are you confirming that the FSB is canted? Just by eyeballing? Is the EOTech canted on the upper's rail?

If i look down the rail on the upper towards the front sight you can see its to the right. Sorry the picture isnt the greatest quality but you can definately see how its crooked. Should i be calling Delton?

First, I would make sure it's not your rail that's canted. I would also try to bzo the sights to see if you can get a good zero before sending it back to Del-Ton. Also make sure that your barrel is tight in the upper receiver.
