I'm one step away from completing my first 'post-ban' AR and I hit a snag.

I got Colt A1 upper .312" front pivot pin hole.  I got A2 lower with push pin and detent .250" hole.  Where can I find an adapter that will allow me to keep the push pin?

Thanks!!

Just google colt pivot pin adaptor or simalar wording and include any other relavent info you need.
Try it several times phrased differently and you will get a lot of places to look.

Bushmaster reverse offset pin allows mounting a Colt upper (large holes) to push pin (small hole) lower.  Is that it?  part #WE-003

If your upper has a large hole, it's not an A1 type. It's a Colt commercial upper for the civie market.

If it's flat side it's an SP1 or SP2 upper.  If it has a forward assist it's from one of the Colt later commercial pieces, and it's a very desirable piece on the market.  The last one I saw advertised on the EE section of this site went for $175.

If it is, in fact, a forward assist type, I'd think about selling it to one of the SP1 owners who are itching to put a FA type upper on their flat sider, and then getting a small holer for your piece.

Me? Igot mine at a gun show from a dealer who wasn't aware of it's desirabilty, and had it priced for the same $90 he had on some SP1 flat siders

DPMS sells an offset bushing for $3.  The Bushmaster reverse offset pin costs $15.95 plus $6.50 shipping.
