| I see a lot of rifles with scopes and front sights. Does this interfere with the sight picture while looking throught the scope? Also, why have BUIS is you have a scope on your rifle? Thanks |

So long as the scope is 2 1/2 power or higher, you won't see the front sight when using it. Since it's possible for any optical sight to get whacked off POI or flat out broken in the field, a lot of people keep a back up iron sight on the rifle. I personally don't, but I do have a back up in my pocket. Haven't had to use it yet, and hope I won't. |
