Does anyone have experience removing a front sight base on an armalite and installing one with a bayonet lug? I'm not sure why, I would just like to have all the assault weapon goodies like a bayonet lug before they pass another ban. Thanks in advance, Alex |

www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=4&t=226782 mentioned in here when installing FF tubes... basically: you will need a hammer (some say 8oz, others say a sledge....), CLP, punches, and maybe some direct heat.... i tried all of the above and ended up using a dremmel
