perhaps a dumb question, but will the mbus front sight hold up well in that position (i know that's the standard position on the pws)? i recently picked up a pws, and i'm hesistant to shoot it substantially with the mbus front sight.
i'll probably replace the sight before shooting it, anyway, but just thought i'd ask just in case... |

I think its the grease from hands and other crap thats on the metal. like a stove or BBQ grill being fired up for the first time it smells and gives off a lot of heat. |

And I'm passing 700 rounds fired... |
