I recall some mention, on this board, that a General Motors engine product is essentially equal to Shooters Choice. Can't recall the product name...Anyone know? |

Coyote is right it is GM Top Engine Cleaner part # 1050002. It comes in a 15oz can, and I mix mine with 4oz of Kroil. A benchrest buddy told me it was the same as Shooter Choice when mixed with Kroil. He has used it for years with no problem. I have used it about a year now,and have no ill effects. It cleans great. Months back I asked if anyone on the board knew the mixing ratio,and I got blasted,for even suggesting mixing the two together. Oh well, it works for me. Bruno's also sells it as a bore cleaner.
