I am looking to replace my FSB with a low profile gas block to fit under a handguard. My concern, does the open tapper pin holes affect accuracy? Is there any gas blocks that are long enough to drill and use the tapper pin holes already there? I keep going back and forth between the Larue and the Daniel Defense gas block but I am open others I am leaning toward the Daniel Defense gas block but concerned about it loosening. Any advice would help greatly..

Drilling a gas block for holes that are already in the barrel is a PITA. I think ADCO still does it though. I would go with LaRue it covers everything and it is a solid, good looking gas block.
