Will be putting this YHM Low Profile gas block on my DPMS 18" Mark 12 barrel.  It is slightly too narrow to slide all the way down, and that makes Klaus sad.  The barrel description stated it takes a .750 gas block, and it is a .750 gas block.

Solutions?

My current plan: 3/4" (.750) drill bit in a drill press.

You can polish the interior of the gas block, then it should slide right on.

Some heat the hell out of the gas block then try sliding it on. Heat could cause the gas block to expand a couple 1,000ths of an inch to make it fit. When it cools it would seat nice & tight. You don't have to heat it cherry red.

I have the same barrel on order.  I will be using a MI ext gas block so hopefully I won't have the same issue.

By the way, don't forget to put the barrel nut on before you get that block on in case the fitment is tight.

I just put one of those gas blocks on my new rifle. Had to use a round file on the interior of it as it only measured .747". Only took a few minutes with the file and it slid on, still snug enough.

Go buy a cheap brake cylinder hone at the big box auto parts store.  Put it in your electric drill, oil the stones and go for it.  Open up the ID of the hole in the GB until it fits on your barrel.
