I have a RRA CAR if I replace the A2 front site with a low-profile gas block can I use a longer quadrail...Thanks

Yes. The rail you can use will be determined by the size of the block.

Yes you can ... several companies make some very nice9/10/12/ 13 inch rails.. pick which ever one you want...
