So a .750 gas block should be .750. Correct?

I just tried to slip my new gas block on to my new stainless custom barrel and it does not go on. I checked the barrel and it is .750. The Yankee Hill low Profile gas block however measures .740. This is my first build and I am guessing that they both should be .750

.74 ??........Better contact your supplier. It should be .750-.751.  Or, if you have the means, ream or bore it.

Yep, that just isn't going to work.

They should both be within a couple thousandths of .750".  I'd give YHM a call and see if they'll replace that gas block.

One hundredth off is quite a box of material remove without the proper machinery. I'd have YHM swap it out.
