I need to order a gas block for a CLE barrel.
I want something light weight that works.

Also what size gas tube.  I see three different sizes of gas tube.

Do I start wit the BCG Gas Key size and work backwards to get the gas tube size/gas block.

Please school me so I don't kill myself.

Thanks

Gas tubes are sized by length, ie rifle and carbine (there's more, I know), which refers to whatever gas system length a barrel uses.
It has nothing to do with key size.

Rifle gas ports are approximately 12.4" from the front of the barrel extension.

The gas block has to fit the journal where the port is located. These are usually .750" -.0005 or so.

So you need a gas block that fits the journal on your barrel.
