I'm looking at this Wison Combat barrel which calls for a .920 gas block lengthy but Wison only has .950 gas blocks.  Work, won't work?

The diameter of .750 is what you're looking for, not the length. For the barrel in your link, you'll need a gas block with
the ID of .750".

It would work, provided you chose the correct journal diameter.
Strange how Wilson machines the journal to .920 long and offers .950 long gas blocks.
Ask them.

If you are running a low profile gas block the length rarely matters. Its the Internal Diameter that is critical. Standard barrels take a .75 gas bock ID. Bull barrels take .920 and SOME pencil light weight barrels have a gas block diameter of .625
