I plan on buying a noveske n4 basic upper and replacing the gas block with a flat top. Any recommendations?

yea, low pro gasblock and get a FF 9 or 10 rail.  You'll spend a little more money, but thank yourself later.  DD or LaRue are your best options.  I've been looking at Troy lately though.....gotta do it to my new BCM middie

Any recommendations for one though? I plan on just putting an MOE handguard on it, why get a full metal rail when I can get some plastic fantastic and just put two rails on it, 6 oclock and 2

If you are just going to get an MOE handguard, I'd suggest you keep your standard front sight block. The MOEs are not steady enough to put a BUIS on, and putting on a flat top gas block just to put another sight on it is a waste of good money, IMO...

I dont understand. Why would I put my buis on the MOE? If I am using a red dot I dont want to deal with a constantly co witnessed front sight.
