Looking at getting a low pro gas block for a build.  Between Troy, PRI, Vltor, YHM, and Larue is there anything one does better than the other?  I know about the different sizes, this is for .750 boss.  I'm just looking to see if the YHM is as good as the Vltor for less than half the money (YHM 21bucks and Vltor at 60).  If there is no difference other than some marketing I will just stick with the YHM I guess.

Some are made of different materials. My PRI is stainless, only reason I got it over the YHM is because it matches my stainless barrel. Some look cooler than others, but if you are gonna hide it does it really matter.

Well If you have a stainless barrel I wouldn't recommend it because the YHM (and the stag I believe) have the hole drilled all the way through and as a result ends up shooting carbon out the front.  This gets all over your barrel and looks really bad even after a couple shots.

So get one that's closed off in the front would be my suggestion.

The Vltor is made from 17-4 ph stainless, that's the difference in cost.
