this guy is an industry partner. read his forum and there is a "preorder" started about a week ago. the price is $350 + $10 bucks shipping. this includes a magwell block, a bolt (that is ramped and cut to use with either glock or colt style) and a barrel (with options on length). had i not scored at psa on their blow out priced mag blocks, mags, and bolts i would be buying from this guy.
average market value right now on these parts mag block - 150 barrel - 125 bolt - 150 so this deal is likely to save you a few buck, but this is stuff that this guy has he either "created", or "modified" to work better than just standard off the shelf parts (that usually work good, but sometimes may need some tweeking). he seems to be in the sub caliber forum alot, and answers questions, offers to help users, ect. i have never done business with him, but once i get my current projects / closing on new house / holidays all finished up i plan on that changing. he seems like a stand up dude just from interaction here. i would be willing to bet he could finish off a "kit" for ya. http://www.ar15.com/forums/f_2/682_Macon_Armory.html |
