| I'm guessing if they havent answered then maybe they are at SHOT or something...I emailed them them last week and withing 30 minutes I had an email back from them. I replied to their reply and got another one back within 15 minutes or less. I have to give BCM a 100% in customer service and also their products. |

| Add another vote for BCM. They also have the upgraded extractor spring and include the O-Ring if you need an even stronger extraction. I'm running without the o-ring and have had no gun-related problems yet. Only issue I had was a bad primer pocket on 1 round of Wolf... Pocket too deep so got a light strike on the primer. The other 199 rounds I put out that day had zero issues and made nice little piles. |
