I was having an issue with empty mags not dropping free from my CMMG rifle I purchased back in November. I contacted them, sent the lower in for inspection.  Yesterday, one month to the day I got it back.     They sent me a brand new lower. Everything now works as it should. Could'nt be more pleased.

I had similar experience with CMMG.  When I first ordered my SPR/M4 suppressor I had a baffle strike.
I immediately called CMMG and they offered to pay for my suppressor AND replace my barrel.

Since it wasn't that big of a baffle strike I just had them replace the barrel.

No questions asked.  Great customer service, but from my experience, the quality of their stuff wasn't all that great.

I have since went with BCM.
