I am looking at the GP's.  Does anybody have any feedback about them?  Durable?  Useful?  Thanks, guys.  L2B

I like mine. I like a smaller grip in the front but having the bipod is a fair tradeoff for the larger grip.
As far as strength, they are plenty strong.

We get them issued. I dont really like them becuase of the size and ive never been crazy about VFG, but alot of the guys like them. I have only saw 1 malfunction and for some reason the bipod would not lock back inside the grip, but you know joe, he can break anything.

I like mine but it has a very specific purpose and doesn't live on my rifle....

Just wanted to offer my $0.02's worth... I love mine.  I had mine issued to me prior to heading over to AFG,and found it to be a great tool and attachment on my weapon.  Keep in mind though that there are two variations.  One is polymer covered steel legs, and the other is just polymer which is less durable.  Is it worth the hefty price tag?  Honestly if you need both a vertical grip and a bipod all in one, then it's a no-brainer.  If you don't have the need/desire to have this type of setup, then save your money and look elsewhere.

As previously stated, they are durable, but they can have issues.  The spring loaded bipod tends to be the weakest part of the whole deal.  My first one lasted only a few trips off the fob, and being used as a glorified 'nut tapper' before the bipod failed to eject when the button was pressed.  Granted a little wiggling of the legs and they would eject, but It wasn't totally reliable.  I swapped it out with our supply guys, and the next one lasted me the rest of my tour.
