What are everyones' feelings about these? Are these just as reliable as a regular picatinny or swivel stud mounted bipod?

I like mine, it's not as versatile as a regular bipod, but it's less bulky, and doubles as a VFG.  It is pricey, too.

I cheated... I bought one of those copies M&A was selling to test out the concept. Ending up liking it enough to buy one for my 6.8 Bushmaster.  I think its a bit on the long side,  but the advatages of having a VFG and bipod in one comes in handy.  Also, I can't think of any bipod that is faster.

I see there is a new modle coming out that is alumnium and the pod swivels. I saw the add in the new barret magazine.
