Is anyone using Gun Butter for a lubricant, if so what are your thoughts?
I've used it. It's a good cross between oil and grease. It will dry up after a while and leave a film, but it takes quite a few months for that to happen. I've switched to grease just because, but gun butter is fine. I think most lubricants work well nowadays though.
I've used it before. It's a good lubricant just like many other lubricants out there. If I started ranking lubricants I've tried on my guns it be one of several at the top of the list. I haven't kept it on any parts long enough to know how long it stays before drying up but clean up is pretty simple and depending on how much you shoot before cleaning it's pretty much just wipe down and relube. I've had good experience with it I just don't use it anymore simply because I haven't bought anymore.
