Traded a $90 bolt and carrier for it!! It was in a mutt gun. I could see the chrome bolt from across the room where they tied the bolt back.

So could you also see a carrier like that in an early 604 or would that be SP1 only?

1st gen SP1 only, It probably started life as a 604 parked carrier but the M16 profile is cut back a smidgin not as far an later SP1 that likes the LLink. Also the firing pin is sch routed unlike the later ones Don't know why they did that I guess it was to use a notched hammer to keep people from using 16 parts.
