Hey guys, was wanting to know if anyone has had any experience with 4x20 carry handle mount scopes ( the small ones that sit on top) I'm curious what might be a good, but cheap brand. Not looking to spend 2-300 on a colt, more like a hundred or less. What would be a few good one to look at??

Which tire should I buy??????

You need to give us more info in order to answer your question. How is the rifle used now and in the future, what is your main concern, quick to acquire or making a ragged hole at 75 yards? What distances do you normally shoot at?  Reading the optic section would be a great start.

A $100 budget and a scope for an AR is not going to work out very well.   No optic snob.  There are some good choices that begin at around $200.   You don't have to spend big bucks, but $100 is not going to give you a scope that will hold zero, have a clear image, and not be subject to easy damage. You also have to put it in a mount.   Also, carry handle scopes are pretty difficult to use, because they sit up so high and get your head completely off of the stock   And if you remove it, it will not return to zero when re-installed by mounting it that way.

Is this a flat-top with a carry handle that can be removed?  If so, it would be better to mount the scope to the upper rail.
