Anyone have a picture of how the hammer spring should be mounted on the hammer?  I think I have it correct but I want to be sure.

Thanks

There is a picture in the sticky  on building it yourself.  The best pictures to show hammer spring orientation are in the section on installing a National Match  or two stage trigger.

Stickman, you are the MAN! I was posting somewhere else about the creepy trigger on my new buildfrom Del-Ton. Turns out my trigger spring was on back-wards. Thank you sooo much!! Now it feels like an AR! Damn! Never ceases to amaze me what we learn from this sight!

does it matter which way you put the pin in? I cannot remember which way I stuck it in. I believe I followed the picture, but does it matter? Everything seems to work fine. I just wasn't sure since the pin has the grooves in it. Perhaps it only goes in one way?

If you look at the hammer, you will notice a wire that runs through it. That holds the pin and keeps it from "walking" out of your receiver. I think the pins have to go in with the grooves forward. I don't think it matters wqhich side you put them in,just as long as the grooved half goes in first.
