I really diggin the Grip Stop by Lanco Tactical right now. With the Grip Stop you're not limited to one set angle for your support arms wrist, you can adjust the angle of your grip and arm to what feels comfortable to you.

I really like the Magpul XTM stop kit, I have it on a couple of guns and it's very comfortable.

I run Gear Sector hand stops and have no complaints.

Most of the hand stops available are fine, it boils down to personal preference.

The SLR handstop/barricade thing is awesome on my keymoded rifle. For my standard rail I prefer the larue handstops, one on the bottom for my fingers to index into and one on the left side where web of my thumb indexes, makes for a great repeatable grip..

BCM just came out with a new one with the help of Travis Haley called the KAG.



I also don't like handstops on quad rails, but for a MK18 I'd go with the AFG since they are seen in the wild. I think?

Lanco grip stop is a pretty sweet piece of gear. Hand stop, barricade support and more usable fore grip all in one. Its designed by a marine and backed by some of the nicest guys I know. I use them on several guns now.
