grips are a personal preference thing, other than what you can store in them it boils down to what your hand likes. my hand likes the MIAD over the ergo and A2. haven't tried any other.

Choosing a good grip is a very personal choice. What ever fits your hand the best and what you are comfortable with would be the best choice.

Try out as many models you can and know about the details of the grip of your choice.

In my case I'm old school and I prefer the A1 grips, but the MIAD without the finger groove front strap and the Les Baer AR Ultimate Duckbill grip are the ones I'm using because they're the closest to the A1 grip.

Here's a poll link for the most comfortable grip.

It is truly a personal preference, based on your hand size, gripping technique, etc.  I went through a few before settling on the Sierra Precision SPR.  I tried Hogue, Ergo, Ergo Ambi, Lone Star, A1, A2 and probably a few others, but kept coming back to the SPR.

I'll ditto the 'Personal Prefence' comments.

That being said I really like the Tango Down Battlegrip on my carbines, and the Ergo grip for my 'precision' AR due to the way it positions my finger.
