I have got a pile of .223 brass at the house. I would like to start reloading for the best all around accuracy. Then I thought of reloading for the best mil-spec round. I was told the current powder of choice is Winchester 748. Is this correct? What is the best bullet for reloading? Closest to milspec ect. for fragmentation. Would you go with 55gr. or 62gr.?
