[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Hand stop GTG?

I know Foregrips/AFGs, etc are a big No-No but is there a problem running a hand stop like the gear sector on AR pistols?

Handstops are fine. AFGs are fine. Mako's magwell grip is fine. All of these have letters somewhere saying they are legal.

This is my understanding also after having read the tacked threads here. I would assume that a hand stop would be kosher too.
