I hate to say but I'm confused of the differant handguards! What type should I look for for a m4 type rifle?I'm feeling drwn to the freefloating one. What is the differance between the M4 handguard and the car one?

Car handguards are round, M4 are oval. Free floating tubes come in 2 types basically. Round and smooth, or railed.

The M4 guards are a little taller/ more oval shape than carbine and also have a double heat shield.  IMHO If you don't FF the barrel I would spend the extra $$$ on the M4 guards.

Unless you are going to use a 1903 leather sling on the gun and shoot High Power don't waste your money on a free float tube.  Free float tubes are not needed for non-competitive service rifles.

That's a rather narrow minded statement...

ETA that it also ignores the fact that he said he wants an M4 barrelm which wouldn't be legal for match shooting anyway.
