Has any one had their .22cal Ciener conversion hard chromed?

Depending on the Specs of your Ciener bolt the Tolerences may be to tight to have it plated.

When we had our bolt electroless nickel plated we accounted for the thickness of the plating.

If I was to plate a Ciener bolt, I would have it done in ION-Bond.

I have already polished it, but I was just trying to go a step furthur by having it hard cromed. I was thinking that it would help reduce friction and make it easer to clean. x Badazzar15 is ION-Bond and nickel plating the same? Will that ( ION-Bond or nickel plating ) also help reduce friction? What do you guys think about maby a moly coating, like gun-kote. Thank you guys for your help.
