Hey guys, I just got a RRA Varmint upper with the sling stud on the underside of the handguard. Is this going to be sufficient to mount my Harris to, or do I need to buy the backing plate (adapter) that Harris sells? I'm sure I could make one myself, but I wasn't sure if it even needed it.
