[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Head Stamp Identification

A while back somebody mentioned a link to where I can find out who made what .308 when. I recently came across some .308 ammo with an unfamiliar head stamp codes. The price seems reasonable; but I just don’t know who made it or when.

Could I get a bit of help here please?
