What would be the difference in the rifle components listed below and a Daniel Defense mark 18?
How is Lite Rail II in comparison to the Mark 18's?

Daniel Defense A4 Upper Receiver
Daniel Defense Full Auto BCG
Carbine Length Gas System
Daniel Defense Charging Handle
Daniel Defense Flash Suppressor
Daniel Defense Lite Rail II 10"
Daniel Defense Cold Hammer Forged 10.3 Barrel

Thanks in Advance!

Lite II rail or Lite III rail?

The RIS II rail is a 2 piece FF rail used in the SOPMOD program. The Lite II rail is a single piece FF rail that has more of an "I-Beam" shape with the 6'oclock rail hanging lower than the RIS II (though the RIS II is wider). Now the Lite III has the smallest and best (IMO) profile of all.

It's the light rail II/2. Can anybody comment on the durability vs the RIS II rail. Any reason to get one over the other? Are the rest of the components the same?

They are both very robust rails and will serve you well. If you are building a clone as close as possible you are going to want the RIS II rail. Of these 2 I'd take the RIS II because of the tucked in bottom rail. Check out the MK18/CQBR picture thread for plenty of inspiration pictures.
