Upper Marking:


Muzzle brake/flash hider and the barrel (only have 5.56 NATO marking at the end of the barrel):


Manufacture? Quality of parts? Relative value?

The H with a tiny A on top means it was forged by Anchor Harvey.  

Means nothing.  Could be 20 different manufacturers that use Anchor Harvey raw forgings.

It's not a colt though. They have a C next to the forge mark.
