What's the upper one in this double stack set up,
looks like a E2D body and end cap with a M2 head?

Looks like an LU60 bezel.

Perhaps an E model body with an LU60 bezel on a LaRue doublestack mount with the M1?M3?(I forget which) IR light.

Hum... can E2D's body be directly mounted with the LU60A bezel?

The LU60A has an adaptor.

Yes

With part number 16944-1 you can add a M2 shock isolated bezel or a NONshock isolated bezel like a 6P has. That part comes with the LU60A assembly.
