I just bought 2 720rnd cans of .223 from S.O.G. it was advertisied on their website as "223 SS109, non-corrosive, military ammo with 10Rd stripper clips in 150Rd bandoliers. for $122.95 for the can of 720. Well when it arived. Low and behold it was in a can all right. 720 rounds -30 in one and - 40 in the other all loose with 90 stripper clips and 6 empty bandoliers. The cans markings look like is English surplus dark tan but marked mixed 5.56. SOG's sticker says England SS109. Headstamp is RORG 89 NATO circle. Is this stuff any good??? Mack |
